„Wydział Remontowy” przy gdańskiej stoczni od czwartku stał się stolicą młodych muzycznych talentów. Pierwszy etap festiwalu EMERGENZA 2018 potrwa do soboty. Dzisiaj opiszemy jak wyglądał pierwszy dzień zmagań.
Festiwal EMERGENZA 2018 jest siódmą edycją światowego konkursu dla zespołów bez kontraktów płytowych. Rozgrywany jest w pięciu etapach. Cała impreza zaczyna się w miastach różnej wielkości, przechodzi przez eliminacje regionalne i krajowe, aż do wielkiego finału, który w tym roku odbędzie się na berlińskim Tauberta Open Air Festival. Zwycięzca Festiwalu EMERGENZA 2018 wyjeżdża w trasę koncertową po Europie.
W popularnym gdańskim klubie odbył się pierwszy etap zmagań w ramach siódmej edycji festiwalu. Na scenie pojawiło się sześć kapel – The King’s Road, In Harmony, Frozes, Perpetual, Birches oraz The Bee’s Knees. Różnorodność gatunków sprawiła, że każdy fan muzyki znalazłby coś dla siebie. W głośnikach mogliśmy usłyszeć od India Popu, przez rock, po metal.
Widownia od początku z wielkim entuzjazmem przyjmowała muzyków. Jednak zdecydowanie najlepiej do zabawy porwał zespół Perpetual, który specjalizuje się w metalu. Ostre brzmienie najbardziej rozgrzało widownie. Prawdopodobnie to ten zespół przejdzie do dalszej części konkursu.
Po występach nasz korespondent porozmawiał z kilkoma widzami, którzy mieli podzielone zdania na temat różnych zespołów. Faworytem dla Filipa byli Briches oraz The King’s Road, którzy zagrali muzykę rozrywkową. Kamil natomiast zdecydowanie postawił na występującą jako piąta ekipę Briches.
